Spring Season Practices

March Practices:

Kids Freestyle Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-7:00pm

Jr./Sr High Freestyle Monday/Thursday 7pm-8:30

Greco for all Wednesday 7pm-8:30

The first tournament will be March 4/5.

IFHS 2009 5A State Champions!

Congratulations to the Idaho Falls High School Wrestling team as they earned the title State Champions! There were several outstanding indvidual efforts that contributed to this accomplishment. IFHS was truly an underdog as the 2nd place team had twice as many wrestlers entering the tournament. (22 vs 11)
